OUR FEE STRUCTURE
We focus exclusively on luxury apartments €1M+. As a boutique consultancy you get two very unique buyers agents/realtors dedicated to you and you are the top priority.
Total Fee: 4% of the purchase price
Payment Structure:
- Engagement Retainer: €10,000 upfront (credited toward final fee)
- Remaining Fee: 3% + (remaining) paid at closing
